๐ Job Description:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is an expert in Google & Facebook Ads, lead generation, and conversion tracking. The ideal candidate must have experience in tracking conversions on WHMCS-based websites and optimizing ad campaigns for maximum ROI.๐ This is an in-house position based in Gujranwala, with working hours from 8 AM to 4 PM (1 PM to 2 PM break).๐ข Note: This role does not include SEO, video editing, or professional graphic designing. However, the candidate should be able to create social media posts using Canva and AI-based tools, which the company will provide.๐น Key Responsibilities:
โ Manage & optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads & Facebook Ads.โ Monitor, analyze & improve ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
โ Track & report conversions on WHMCS-based websites.
โ Run retargeting campaigns using Facebook Pixel, WhatsApp, & SMS Marketing (WaSMS.net).
โ Manage social media posting & engagement (using AI & Canva for creatives).
โ Monitor & analyze ad performance via Google Analytics & Meta Business Suite.
โ Optimize sales funnels & audience targeting strategies.
โ Prepare reports on ad spend, conversions & campaign performance.
โ Collaborate with team members to improve lead generation & sales.
๐น What We Expect from You:
โ Proven experience in Google & Facebook Ads management.โ Knowledge of conversion tracking for WHMCS-based websites (training will be provided if needed).
โ Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and tracking tools.
โ Ability to create high-converting ad campaigns with persuasive messaging.
โ Basic experience in WhatsApp & SMS marketing tools like WaSMS.net (training will be provided).
โ Strong analytical skills to monitor and improve campaign performance.
โ Creative thinking for ad content and audience engagement strategies.
๐ฐ Salary & Incentives (Performance-Based Model):
- Base Salary: 20,000 PKR per month (During probation: 40% salary = 8,000 PKR).
- Performance-Based Incentives (Up to 100,000 PKR/month):
- High ROI campaigns โ Up to 30,000 PKR bonus.
- Lead generation & conversions โ Up to 20,000 PKR bonus.
- Social media engagement & reach โ Up to 15,000 PKR bonus.
- Retention & consistency bonus โ Up to 30,000 PKR.
- Total potential salary: 100,000 PKR (Challenging but achievable).

๐ฏ Minimum Requirements (Must-Have Skills & Experience)
โ Expertise in Google Ads & Facebook Ads management (minimum 1-2 years experience).โ Ability to track & optimize conversions on WHMCS-based websites (training will be provided if needed).
โ Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel tracking.
โ Experience with retargeting & remarketing campaigns (Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, SMS).
โ Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Marketing & SMS Campaigns (Using WaSMS.net โ training provided).
โ Ability to create engaging social media posts using Canva & AI-based tools (provided by the company).
โ Strong understanding of performance marketing, CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROI optimization.
โ Experience with UTM tracking & attribution models to analyze lead sources.
โ Analytical skills to generate campaign reports & suggest improvements.
โ Excellent communication & problem-solving skills to manage ad campaigns effectively.
๐ก Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory but a Plus)
โญ Google Ads & Meta (Facebook) Ads certification is a huge plus.โญ Experience in running WhatsApp & SMS marketing campaigns.
โญ Understanding of customer journey tracking & sales funnel optimization.
โญ Experience working with international ad campaigns.
โญ Prior experience in a tech, SaaS, or hosting-related business.
